Project Description: The Denver Crime Lab project, located in downtown Denver, CO, is a state of the art 71,000 sq ft. crime lab in pursuit of LEED Gold. The mechanical system designed for this structure is complex due to the diverse spaces being served. It incorporates energy saving features including Heat Pipe Energy Recovery, Indirect evaporative cooling and DDC building management systems.  All plumbing fixtures within the design are specified as low flow for substantial water savings.
