Project Description: Remodel of public area lobby and laundry rooms of 2 buildings and leasing office. Remodel of recreation center with 800 sq. ft. pool and spa in 2200 sq. ft. room and adjacent 3200 sq. ft. exercise area.
Services Provided: Gehring & Associates developed mechanical and electrical construction documents for energy efficient lighting replacement and upgraded an existing pool room make-up air unit. The pool area was under great disrepair and high levels of condensation and corrosion existed. The replacement pool unit was reengineered to a more suited energy recovery dehumidification unit and exhaust unit all fitted within an existing confined space penthouse with an outdoor air-cooled condenser.
